SHIPPING
– I accept international shipping!
– All orders are shipped from Vietnam
– However, if shipping is not possible due to issues – over which I have no control (e.g. natural disaster, politics, etc) you will get a full-refund from me!
SHIPPING TIME
– All products you see in store right now feb. 2026 are pre-order items.
– Production will begin after store closes in early March 2026. As soon as the products arrived at my side, they'll be shipped out and take another month to finally reach you mailbox!
– That means if you place your order now, your package will arrive around may. 2026 or ealier.
TAXES
– Additional duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's delivery destination.
– You are responsible for customs declarations and taxes that may apply.
SHIPPING ISSUES
– Package that is returned to me because of following reasons will not be refunded and will incur additional shipping fee to send them back to you :(
• unclaimed, rejected package
• receiver declined to pay tax
• wrong address
• package lost/damaged in transit

– Wrong/missing product: In case you received a wrong/missing product please contact me back so I can correct my mistake!
REFUND / CANCELLATION
– I am really sorry in advance, but all orders are final sale. After the product arrives to your mailbox, I do not accept exchange, refund or canellation request.
– I will offer refund/exchange if the product arrives damaged.
